Caitlin Kennedy Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Caitlin Kennedy of St. Louis, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Kennedy is the daughter of Scott and Gretchen Kennedy of St. Louis. She will be a 2013 graduate of Oakville High School in Oakville, Mo.
