Brooke Baugher Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Brooke Baugher of Cape Girardeau, Mo., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Baugher is the daughter of John Baugher of Tamms, Ill., and Shelly Smith of Cape Girardeau. She will be a 2012 graduate of Cape Girardeau Central High School in Cape Girardeau.
