Briana Martin Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Briana Martin of Sandoval, Ill., has received the Regents' Scholarship-MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Martin is the daughter of Dan and Beth Rivers of Sandoval. She will be a 2012 graduate of Sandoval High School in Sandoval.
