Brandon Robbers Appointed as Presidential Ambassador at Southeast Missouri State University

Brandon Robbers of Collinsville, IL, has been appointed by Dr. Carlos Vargas, president of Southeast Missouri State University, to serve as a Presidential Ambassador at the University in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.

Presidential Ambassadors are student representatives of the president of the University. The Ambassadors assist the president and his staff in greeting and assisting visiting guests and dignitaries, serving at presidential functions and promoting good will to all those outside the University.

Robbers is a junior pursuing a degree in hospitality management. He is a Senior Student Ambassador, Multicultural Recruitment Team Leader, member of Lambda Chi Alpha, an Orientation Leader, an Opening Week Leader and president of the Hospitality Management Student Association. Robbers' career aspirations include working as a general manager at a hotel or resort. Robbers is the son of Leon Alexander of Collinsville, Illinois, and Dena Robbers of Troy, Illinois, and is a 2013 graduate of Collinsville High School.
