Belinda Kemmett Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Belinda Kemmett of Cardwell, Mo., has received the Community College Scholarship and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Kemmett is married to Douglas Kemmett. She was a 1984 graduate of Senath Hornersville in Senath, Mo.
