Belinda Kemmett Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Belinda Kemmett of Cardwell, Mo., has received the Community College Scholarship and Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Kemmett was a 1984 graduate of Senath Hornersville High School in Senath, Mo., and will be a 2012 graduate of Black River Technical College in Paragould, Ark.
