Ashlyn Hayes Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Ashlyn Hayes of Downs, IL, has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Downs is the daughter of Rick and Leigh Hayes of Downs, Illinois, and will be a 2015 graduate of Tri-Valley High School.
