Ashleigh Plowman Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Ashleigh Plowman of Jacksonville, Ill., has received the Midwest Achievement Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Plowman is the daughter of Andy and Karen Plowman of Jacksonville. She will be a 2013 graduate of Jacksonville High School in Jacksonville.
