Anna Manley Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Anna Manley of Lilbourn, Mo., has received the President's Scholarship and Missouri Leadership Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Manley is the daughter of Webb and Leigh Ann Manley of Lilbourn. She will be a 2012 graduate of New Madrid County Central High School in New Madrid, Mo.
