Ann Schrieber Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Ann Schrieber of Waterloo, Ill., has received the Foundation Leader Award to attend Southeast Missouri State University. Schrieber is the daughter of Thomas and Barbara Schrieber of Waterloo. She will be a 2012 graduate of Waterloo High School in Waterloo.
