Andrew Martin Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Andrew Martin of Belleville, Ill., has received the Community College Scholarship MSEP to attend Southeast Missouri State University.

Martin is the son of William and Kathleen Martin of Belleville. He was a 2010 graduate of Belleville West High School in Belleville and a 2012 graduate of Southwestern Illinois College in Belleville.
