Amber Rayoum Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Amber Rayoum of St. Mary , MO, has received the Phi Theta Kappa and Community College Scholarships to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2015-2016 academic year.

Rayoum is the daughter of Michael and Beverly Rayoum of St. Mary, Missouri, and was a 2012 graduate of Ste. Genevieve High School and has attended Mineral Area College.
