Alyssa Cooper of Lee's Summit, MO, was among 929 undergraduate students receiving degrees following spring 2014 commencement exercises May 17 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Cooper graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a major in theatre: musical theatre option .

Dr. Muriel Howard, president of the American Association of State Colleges and Universities (AASCU), delivered the commencement address.
