Alisa McFerron Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Alisa McFerron, of Cape Girardeau, MO, was among students receiving degrees during December commencement exercises held at Southeast Missouri State University.

McFerron graduated with academic distinction with a Master of Public Administration with a major in public administration.

Lt. Gen. Clyde Vaughn, a 1968 graduate of Southeast Missouri State University and retired director of the Army National Guard, presented the commencement address.
