Abigail Sowash Awarded Scholarship to Attend Southeast

Abigail Sowash of Highland, Ill., has received the Regents' Scholarship to attend Southeast Missouri State University for the 2013-2014 academic year.

Sowash is the daughter of Emmette and Jean Sowash of Highland. She will be a 2013 graduate of Triad High School in Troy, Ill.
