Abbigale Foster Graduates from Southeast Missouri State University

Abbigale Foster of Charleston, MO, was among 1,333 students receiving degrees during spring 2013 commencement exercises May 11 at Southeast Missouri State University.

Foster graduated with high honors with a Master of Arts with a major in exceptional child .

Gary Downing, a Southeast alumnus and chief executive officer of Insight Pharmaceuticals, presented the commencement address.
